RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with MINDMATTER. We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange for the same or another product.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- You can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and retain all labels.
- Products on sale are excluded, for which no refunds are made and there is a limited possibility of changes (based on availability).
- In case of issuing a credit voucher, the shipping and cash on delivery costs are not included and the coupon has a validity of one year.
- In case of refund, the shipping and cash on delivery costs are not included. The credit is made within 14 business days to the account and banking institution or Paypal that the original order was paid for.
RETURN COSTS:
- Greece: The first change is FREE - using the same carrier that you received your order with.
- Cyprus: The return must be made exclusively by the Akisexpress transport company. The cost of the return is borne by the customer based on the price list of the transport company.
- Rest of the world: The cost depends on the weight of the package and the cost of the return is borne by the customer.
*If you wish to change a product, there will be an additional charge for its shipment.
CHANGES IN A MINDMATTER STORE
You can make your exchange at any of our stores by bringing the product and the electronic receipt with you. Refunds are not supported in our physical stores. If you wish to request a refund, you must follow the return process through the online store.
